Ukombozi Sacco was birthed on 1st August 2001 during an impact conference when Bishop Mark Kariuki shared the thought of having a Christian Bank.
The SACCO is the vehicle to raise up the necessary capital and membership towards this fully fledged Christian Bank. We have steadily grown over the years from the initials 92 members to over 10,000 currently through the Deliverance Church Network . The SACCO is registered under the Co-operative Society act Cap 490 laws of Kenya, fully running under the rules and regulations. Excellence with the application of Kingdom principles for lasting prosperity.
From 2001 with one office in Nakuru, has now grown into 10 branches with 17 professionals countrywide chasing one vision, mission and one objective. It has members within and without the country, in other words it is an international cooperative. With members whose beliefs and values have firm biblical foundation which is the core pillar to growth.
The Sacco has experienced the normal stages of development and now it is at the Growth stage facing tough competition for market share. With the strategic plan in place, it has given it healthy competition. The Sacco is focused in its business strategy and has strategically recruited competitive Human resource that would enable it attain an edge in the market.
It has a strong management team that has embraced diversity of talent, culture, team work in order to beat its performance. The Sacco would like to tap market potentials through its investment like housing investment too, through focused board of directors.
